We believe food should be local, seasonal, medicinal, and delicious. For these reasons, we’ve lovingly returned Hotel Corazón’s land to its original purpose – a fertile, abundant farm.
Hotel Corazón has 50 garden beds filled with vegetables, fruits, and herbs, grown without pesticides, using local, regenerative farming techniques. Produce is harvested at the peak of its ripeness and served straight to the table. Food not grown on-site comes exclusively from local growers and suppliers.
Meals are served on our outdoor terrace, with mountain views on all sides. Our head chef is legendary culinary sorceress Grace Berrow, who conjures up simple, Mediterranean-inspired dishes that bring out the ingredients’ natural beauty and flavor.
THE HOTEL CORAZÓN RESTAURANT IS OPEN DAILY FOR BREAKFAST FROM 8:30AM TO 11:30AM AND LUNCH FROM 12:30 AM TO 4:00 PM. DINNER WITH A SELECTION OF APERITIFS AND SNACKS IS AVAILABLE FROM 6:00PM UNTIL 10:00PM. THE RESTAURANT IS AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE DINNERS TOO, FEATURING A CUSTOM MEDITERRANEAN MENU.
