We believe food should be local, seasonal, medicinal, and delicious. For these reasons, we’ve lovingly returned Hotel Corazón’s land to its original purpose – a fertile, abundant farm.

Hotel Corazón has 50 garden beds filled with vegetables, fruits, and herbs, grown without pesticides, using local, regenerative farming techniques. Produce is harvested at the peak of its ripeness and served straight to the table. Food not grown on-site comes exclusively from local growers and suppliers.

Meals are served on our outdoor terrace, with mountain views on all sides. Our head chef is Eliza Parchanska, who conjures up simple, Mediterranean-inspired dishes topped with rainbows of edible flowers and herbs grown in the hotels garden.

The Hotel Corazón Restaurant is open for everyone.
