Return Period: To make a return, it must be done within 14 days of purchase.
Return Process: Send an email to shop@hotelcorazon.com with the subject “Return: Order Number” that includes a copy of the purchase receipt we sent to the address you provided, the return method you prefer, and a photo of the product in your possession.
Once we receive the email, you will receive a label that you will need to print and attach to the package. Present this at your local post office and send it.
Documents Required for a Return: You must attach the purchase receipt and a photo of the product in your possession.
Return Costs: Free for the first 14 days. You will only need to cover the shipping costs as indicated by the carrier.
